The Federal Car-Czar

The US just gets more bizarre by the day, and here we go again with the unconstitutional car bailout. Some of the powers that the car-czar will have (who will be appointed by Pres. Bush):

oversee a government-run restructuring of U.S. auto companies in return for a $15 billion bailout.
set guidelines for an industrywide overhaul.
revoke the [...]
