In the early 1990's I converted to a libertarian when, as a private physician, my "value" under Medicare was the same as mediocre colleagues: total payment for a medical service= [Physician-work RVU x CF] + [Practice-expense RVU x CF] + [Malpractice Insurance RVU x CF] ...and this was when Republicans were in all 3 branches of government.
